our room included a spacious balcony , perfect for morning coffee. the bathroom featured dual sinks and a rainfall shower , it added a touch of luxury to our stay. i found the bed comfortable , i slept soundly each night. the room also had effective soundproofing , i did not hear any street noise.
i noticed a slight delay once , it was when i requested extra towels.

this hotel boasts a prime location , it is near several key attractions. a nearby metro station provides quick access to the airport , it took about 30 minutes with one transfer. the hotel is situated on a quiet street , but is close to many shops , restaurants , and transportation options.

I was grateful for the warm welcome and upgrade offered for my children. i also appreciated the coffee machine near reception. That was so nice. the staff was helpful in assisting us with planning our day trips. They were really amazing!!! housekeeping staff also impressed me. the room was always stocked with our favorite coffee pods and teas.
the hotel advertised a shared pool with a sister hotel, but it was closed. the temperature outside was 24 degrees celsius so that was disappointing to me.

the staff was very helpful in assisting us to plan our day trips. the housekeeping staff was amazing too. our room was always stocked with our favorite coffee pods and teas. we loved coming back of an evening to freshly made beds and towels.
the first room that i stayed in had mildewed walls and a rusty mirror that caused a bad odor. after complaining at the reception, the second room had a stench of sewage in the bathroom.

The front desk helped us navigate reservations and changes. Maira prata was particularly helpful. the hotel staff is wonderful. so helpful and accommodating, and they offered an upgrade.

The location worked out GREAT, and the staff were helpful with directions. Check-in was efficient. The breakfast buffet had many selections. The team kept everything well-stocked. I appreciated the hotel providing a welcome drink upon arrival. It was a refreshing start after my journey.
The room service menu felt somewhat limited. More variety would BE appreciated.

The breakfast was pretty good and it had a nice variety. my room came with a decent sized balcony. getting to the airport via metro was easy and quick. Maybe 30 minutes total including a transfer.
There aren't many eating options in the immediate neighbourhood. the pool was great, but it was pumping loud music all the time, so not very relaxing. access was via a path that took you through building works. It was not very nice.
